Event Description

Leadership Shakopee is a six-month development program gives emerging and existing leaders a backstage pass to our community. Its focus is to inform and inspire leaders and challenge them to make a difference through personal commitment and involvement!

During the seven sessions, the class participates in a series of educational and hands-on opportunities designed to inform and inspire leaders. Cohort members get a behind-the-scenes look at numerous companies in Shakopee including Imagine Print Solutions, Dem-Con, Canterbury Park, Valleyfair and more! Participants also have the opportunity to meet with elected officials, judges and the chief of police.

Program Objectives
  • To engage participants in extensive discussion about critical impacts to our community
  • To provide participants with exclusive VIP access to area businesses and institutions
  • To increase the visibility of participants within both their workplaces and the community
  • To support participants in developing lasting relationships with other group members and program contributors
  • To assist participants with tangibly improving their leadership abilities

Tuition: $975
Attendance each day session and graduation is MANDATORY to receive your Leadership Shakopee graduation certificate.
